• Refunds apply to services not yet rendered (such as deposits for styling, catering, entertainment, or coordination services).

• Products (like pre-purchased decor items) must be unused and returned in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

• Custom-made or perishable items (such as wedding cakes or personalized decor) are non-refundable.
